Use the form below to sign up your child to play I-League sports at St. Sebastian. Sign up is only for the sport that we are currently doing signups for. Different people run the different sports and we cannot guarantee your information will get to those who run another support.
Information provided will only be available to those running the program and the coaches. All information submitted will be removed when the registration process is complete.

Deadline for registering is when we have 90 children registered or December 31, 2011, whichever comes first. Along will filling out this form you will need to fill out a registration form, which can be found under
forms on this website. The registration form and any fees are due at the evaluation clinic. You will be contacted when the clinic is. For more information on the program check out the I-League section of this site.
The siblings and friends fields allow you to indicate if there are siblings and/or friends of the player that are also signed up in I-League. Siblings will be put on the same team. We will attempt to put friends on the same team but that is not guaranteed.
