Junior Arrows Basketball

Any boy or girl in the 1st through 4th grade.

1st & 2nd graders play the 1st & 3rd quarters.
3rd & 4th graders play the 2nd & 4th quarters.
Players will shoot at an 8 foot basket.
There will be a minimum of 6 games, starting in January 2010. Games will be played on Saturday or Sunday, depending on the finalization of the CYO schedule.
Practices will be limited based on availability of gym time.
Teams will be limited to 14 or 15 children. Half from each age group.
All players will be evaluated at a special clinic prior to dividing teams. Based on the evaluation, the teams will be picked. The league will do its best to match skills with any requests to have players play on the same team. Siblings will be on the same team. After that, there are no guarantees.
Concessions will be available at all games.
End of Season Skills Competition: On the last day of the season, there will be a pizza party and skills competition. League will purchase pizza, trophies and medals. We will ask players to bring a 2 liter bottle of their favorite soft drink.
Each player will receive a t-shirt and a trophy at the end of the season.
Games will be played at St. Sebastian Catholic School.

- Sunday, November 8th, 2009, from 9 a.m. until Noon, at the Pancake Breakfast, in the Activity Center.
- Thursday, November 12th, 6:30 – 8:00, in the Activity Center
- Wednesday, November 18th, 6:30 – 8:00, in the Activity Center
- Dates will also be announced in St. Sebastian Arrow bulletin and here on the St. Sebastian Booster Club website
